Shipping and returns

Many of our products are handmade and may take a little longer to arrive, but they are worth the wait!

Orders are shipped within five (5) to seven (7) business days, depending upon the item, Monday through Friday, but may be shipped out faster. We use USPS Priority Mail beginning with the day after we receive your order. We may also use UPS or Fedex. 

Tracking numbers will be emailed as soon as available. Please check your email REGULARLY until your package is in your hands, or on your dog.

If you do not hear from us, please always check your spam / junk folders. If you still do not see your order confirmation or any other correspondence from us then your email provider, such as yahoo, gmail, hotmail, etc, may be blocking our email. Please try again with an alternate email address. NO PHONE CALLS.

Shipping fees vary according to the total weight of your order. Sales tax for merchandise is based on your applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

Fresh Baked Cakes, fresh baked cookies for dogs and fresh baked dog biscuits are baked to order, packed with ice packs and shipped immediately to prevent spoilage. Shipping will be determined and will be billed after you place your order. We will send you an invoice for the proper shipping charge. Alternately, you can email us or use our contact form to send us your zip code and what you plan to order and we will give you a shipping estimate. Please feel free contact us with any questions.

Orders may be shipped in more than one package. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you.

Note! In the case of orders weighing less than 13 ounces packed, we may use USPS first class mail. A Partial Shipping Refund will be issued if your order is shipped USPS first class mail, if you were charged for Priority Mail, to save you money.

We'll email you before shipping your order in case you want it to go priority mail. This is why it's very important to keep in touch with us via our contact form or check your email REGULARLY until your package is in your hands, or on your dog.

Handmade and custom-made items may take longer to ship. Products this applies to are noted with this information.

We ship only to locations within the 48 contiguous United States.

We sometimes use FedEx SmartPost which takes a few days longer to arrive, but saves you money on shipping. We can also ship FedEx Ground, but the shipping is substantially more. 

Delivery companies charge by the size of the box as well as its weight, so a 3 pound medium-sized box will have a billable dimensional weight of 12 lbs, instead of 3 lbs. 

For examplefrom New York to California, FedEx SmartPost is only $11.94 (plus FedEx's surcharge of $3.45 if going to a residence) shipped to a business address and takes 2-7 business days. FedEx Ground is about $18.79 (plus FedEx's surcharge of $3.45 if going to a residence) and takes 4 business days to a business address. FedEx adds a residential delivery charge of $3.45 for each package.

During the holidays, orders take longer to be shipped. Please be sure to order your holiday gifts early to avoid disappointment.

We protect your personal information and peace of mind as if it were our own. We do not share, rent, lease or sell any of your information with anyone. Period.

PayPal is our SECURE payment processor. Your credit card information is safe since it is not transmitted to us. Only your order details, payment, shipping address and phone number are displayed to us in a 100% secure environment. See our SSL secure payments information page for further details.


Return Authorization numbers must be requested within SEVEN days of receipt of your order, as shown on the USPS, FedEx or UPS tracking information page. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will refund your payment after you return the product back to us in BRAND NEW CONDITION with all labels and instructions attached.

No returns without an authorized RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. This number must be written on the outside of any package you return to us.

Please e-mail us with the order reference number you received in your order confirmation. It would be very helpful to use the original order email to contact us. The item must not be marked, changed or damaged in any way. 

You are required to insure your package for the full amount of the order. Lost or damaged packages will be your responsibility if shipped without insurance and no refund will be made.  Shipping to, or from, us is not refunded. Return instructions must be followed as directed.

If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately for a replacement and return the item as stated above. We will ship the correct item for free and will refund the shipping you paid to return the item to us, after we examine it and see that it is in BRAND NEW CONDITION with all labels and instructions attached.
